Dessert with Easter cookies

Ingredients:

For the 2 layers of biscuit

About 500 gr Easter cookies

milk

A little amaretto liqueur

For the cream

1 sachet of samouri pastry cream

350 g evaporated milk

500 g vegetable whipped cream

A pinch of vanilla

1 tbsp Powdered sugar about 20 g

30 g chocolate

About 500 g fresh strawberries 

Instructions:

Prepare the Samouri cream. Beat the vegetable cream with the Powdered sugar and vanilla in whipped cream and add it to the Samouri cream. Keep some whipped cream for the décor. Put the amaretto liqueur in a bowl of milk and dip the cookies until they soften a little. Then spread them on the baking sheet. Put them in two layers. Spread the cream, about halfway. Add the strawberries cut in half. Put the second layer of biscuits like the first. To the rest of the cream, add the melted chocolate and while it gets cold, stir and spread it over the second layer of biscuits. 

We decorate as we like.

 Strawberries are optional. You can also add nuts or some fruit jelly you like.
