Light strawberry granita
In an ice cream maker
You need 1 package of fresh strawberries,
juice of 1 orange ,
2 teaspoons Stevia,
little lemon juice (less than half a lemon)
a little vanilla.
Boil them well until they become like jam, let it cool and put it in an ice cream machine for about half an hour. IF you want add 1 cup of fresh milk into the ice cream machine and make it strawberry ice cream.
