
Melomakarono cake
ingredients for the recipe:
Leftover melomakarona
Chocolate icing from the New Year's Pie
Nuts
Chocolate
2 instant cornflower blossom with chocolate flavor
1 Garnish
580 g evaporated milk
200 gr water



Execute recipe:
With a fork, break the melomakarona
Add the glaze and mix by hand until well
Place parchment paper and a hoop in a baking pan
Spread it with a spoon, pressing enough to layer evenly
In a bowl add the 400 g milk and 200 g water
Add all 2 cornflowers
With a mixer, beat them at high speed until thick
Add the 1 sachet Garni and continue beating until fluffy
Transfer it to the hoop by laying it
Refrigerate overnight
The next day, put in a basin the 180 g milk one sachet of Garni and beat them with the mixer until thick and put it in a pastry bag
Remove the parchment paper and the hoop and transfer the dessert to a serving platter
With the pastry bag we make whatever design we want
And put the walnuts and chocolate in pieces on top of the Garni
