Mint leaf chocolates

ingredients for the recipe:
Fresh mint leaves
125 g chocolate
1 tsp sunflower oil
Execute recipe:
Add ice water into a bowl. Add a little vinegar. Choose the largest and most similar mint leaves. Add them into the water and leave them for 5 minutes. We take them out and put them on a plate with enough kitchen paper. Cover them again with kitchen paper and cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate. Prepare the chocolate. Add it to a bain-marie and when it melts, remove it from the heat, add the sunflower oil, and mix well. Let it come to room temperature. Be careful not to thicken too much. Wipe the mint leaves with a piece of paper so that they do not have any water because it will make prints on the chocolate. And with your finger put the chocolate on the leaves on the side where the mint nerves are intense. Be careful the hand we hold the mint as much as possible to keep it clean because any chocolate left on the leaf on the other side will make it difficult to remove the leaf from the chocolate. Put them in the freezer for a while. Until it tightens. Then transfer them to the refrigerator. In this way they will soften the leaves of mint and make it easier for us to remove them. When you see that the mint leaves have softened, carefully remove them. If you have pieces of mint left on the chocolate, it doesn't matter they will give more flavor. Refrigerate the chocolate leaves in a bowl.
